18bdt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 18bdt ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the 18bdt website located at 18bdt.ws and all services, games, promotions and features offered through that website.

By accessing or using the 18bdt platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services in your jurisdiction, and that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account at 18bdt. If we identify that a player has opened multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended. Any balances, bonuses or winnings in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. 18bdt uses mobile numbers as primary account identifiers — you must register using a mobile number that belongs to you and that is in active use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. 18bdt will never ask you for your password by email, phone or chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 18bdt support immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

18bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 18bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal amounts are processed same-day for verified accounts. 18bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals using the supported local payment methods, but processing times may vary depending on your mobile wallet provider.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

18bdt offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spin packages, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms displayed at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.

• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or any technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operation.

18bdt monitors account activity for unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to void bets, cancel bonuses, suspend accounts and retain balances pending investigation. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 18bdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 18bdt or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 18bdt.

Game software provided through the 18bdt platform by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. 18bdt operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Limitation of Liability
